"The 2017 Els Escurçons was produced with pure Garnacha that was in full clusters but was crushed, and it matured in glass demijohn. This had just been bottled when I tasted it, and the wine was tight and a little reductive. So, an energetic decanting might be a good idea if you plan to open this anytime soon. I like the energy here, and there is tension and fine-grained tannins. It needs time. 3,000 bottles produced." Wine Advocate 94p
