"Herlig frisk og præcis i frugten, hvor røde frugter som jordbær og hindbær dominerer udtrykket, men suppleres fint af krydderier og rosenblade. Smagen er helt præcis og intens med en vægtløs lethed som giver finessen." Suenson
"The 2020 Givry 1er Cru Clos Du Cellier Aux Moines opens in the glass with notes of cherries, raspberries, sweet spices and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, lively and enveloping, with real plentitude and an abundance of powdery tannin, it's a superb wine in the making. Domaine Joblot sells out so quickly and so completely that I'm obliged to taste partially formed wines from barrel rather than finished wines from bottle at this address, to my regret, but the 2020 vintage shows plenty of early promise. Cropped at an average of around 35 hectoliters per hectare across the range, these are rich but vibrant wines, with saturated hues and lively acids. As I've written before, in both colors, the Joblot family produces serious wines with substance and structure that develop beautifully in bottle; and the subtle refinements that Juliette Joblot has brought to the equation since taking the reins mean that this reference-point domaine is at the top of its game." "Noticeable but reasonable wood influence surrounds the spicy aromas of violet, dark berry liqueur and Asian style tea. The round, velvety and caressing medium-bodied flavors are also supported by firm but relatively fine tannins on the serious, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale. This is potentially excellent. *Sweet Spot, Outstanding!" Burghound 90-93p
