Variety: Aligoté doré
Vine Age: Half are 85-105 years old and the other half are 35 years old (as of 2023)
Terroir: The older half of vines are located in Bouzeron, the younger half are near Meursault
Viticulture: Sustainable, older vines are gobelet-pruned
Vinification: Directly pressed, settled, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, fined and/or filtered if necessary.
