Mens Guardiola er stejl og med smalle terrasser, så er hældningen på Santo Spirito blødere og terrasserne er bredere, og jorden her er mere næringsrig, men stadig præget af vulkansk aske. Marc de Grazia karakteriserer vinens udtryk som feminint, generøst og sart, mens Guardiola yder en strengere rødvin. I munden er der både silke og fløjl, god ekstrakt og en vedvarende, dyb smag. "The 2023 Etna Rosso Santo Spirito is atmospheric in the glass. Dusty rose aromas combine with notes of pine and wild berries, complicated by a hint of cocoa. On the palate, it is round and smooth with a variety of ripe red and blue fruits accompanied by a lively acidity. The finish is saturated with fine tannins that taper off with astonishing length and power, leaving a hint of lavender pastille behind. The 2023 is a wonderful interpretation of the Santo Spirito."
