I munden opleves en varme i udtrykket, en dyb, næsten sødmefuld smagsfylde, fin spændstighed, og en forunderlig tekstur. Alt samles til et balanceret udtryk af luksuriøs sammensathed og raffinement." "The 2018 Brunello di Montalcino Pianrosso opens in the glass with dark aromas of crushed plums and black cherries, accompanied by notes of rosemary, spiced citrus peel and a hint of cocoa. This is a particularly racy style for Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona, with cool mineral tones and zesty acidity driving the ripe berry fruit and hints of sour citrus across the palate. Although structured, it finishes with tremendous energy and freshness, leaving a bitter hint of balsamic spice in the mouth.
